The knowledge base is where your company’s context lives: how you work, who your customers are, what you sell and the files your team relies on. Everyone in the workspace shares it, so there’s one place to look instead of ten.
Luo uses it every time it works for you. Ask for a renewal email, a customer reply or a weekly report, and Luo starts from what your team already knows instead of a blank page.
The best part: you don’t have to write it all yourself. Luo writes it for you as you work together. When you settle a process, make a decision or learn something new about a customer in a chat, Luo saves it, so it’s there next time for everyone on the team.
What’s different about it?
Your knowledge is connected to your tools. Luo links notes to the HubSpot contacts, Slack channels and Linear issues they’re about, and whenever it works on one of them later, the right notes come along on their own.
Say there’s a brief on Acme linked to Anna’s contact in HubSpot. Weeks later, a colleague asks Luo to draft Acme’s renewal email. The brief comes along, so the draft already mentions the discount Anna was promised and copies in the right person from finance.
You can also automate work around it. When something in the knowledge base changes, like a new contract or an updated returns policy, Luo can pick it up and act: summarize it, tell the right people or update your apps.
Find what you need
Luo reads your files too. Every PDF and image you add gets a short description, so searching for “price list” finds the file even when it’s called scan_0042.pdf.
How do I get started?
Open Knowledge Base in your workspace and drag in the files you already have. Whole folders work. Then let Luo fill in the rest:
Ask Luo
“Research our company and our main competitors, and save what you find to our knowledge base.”
As always, we’d love to hear how you use it, so let us know!
