Yes. Once connected, Luo can draft and send email from your account. If you want to review messages first, ask it to prepare drafts for your approval.

Does Luo read my whole inbox?

Luo can read the mail covered by the Google permissions you approve. Tell it which messages to use for each task, such as incoming support requests or conversations that need a follow-up. You can disconnect Gmail at any time.

Can Gmail trigger workflows automatically?
