Astha has spent seven-plus years in HR and finance operations across India, Finland, Vietnam, Thailand and Brazil — most recently running HR and finance operations for a 90+ person company across four countries on her own. That meant onboarding, contracts, probation dates, payroll inputs and license costs, largely held together with spreadsheets. She now builds tools for the parts of people work that eat a week and shouldn’t — starting with the ones she used to do by hand. Based in Finland, and a core team volunteer with The AI Collective Finland.
