Your meetings,followed through.
Connect your Zoom account and Luo schedules meetings for you, then turns what was said into summaries, action items, and updates to your team’s tools.
What Zoom does in Luo
Schedule without the back-and-forth
Ask Luo to set up, move, or cancel a Zoom meeting, including recurring ones. Luo asks you to confirm every change and returns the join link.
Summaries from your recordings
Luo reads the meeting’s transcript, from a cloud recording or My Notes, and writes the summary, decisions, and action items — for you, your workspace, or a Slack channel.
Know who attended
See who joined a past meeting and for how long, and keep attendance in a tracker without exporting reports by hand.
Meetings in your workflows
Add upcoming meetings to a dashboard, prepare a briefing before each call, or log the meeting in your customer records afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
What does Luo access in my Zoom account?
Only your own meetings, cloud recordings, My Notes transcripts, and attendee lists, and only when you ask Luo or run a workflow you set up. Luo asks before it creates, changes, or deletes a meeting.
Which Zoom plan do I need?
Scheduling works on any plan. Recordings and attendee lists need a paid Zoom plan with cloud recording turned on. Luo reads transcripts from your cloud recordings and from My Notes.
How do I remove the integration?
Disconnect Zoom in Luo, or remove the Luo app in the Zoom App Marketplace. Either way, Luo deletes the stored Zoom access.
