About EasyRenewal

This workspace helps you manage and keep track of vendor contracts and their renewals. You upload a contract as a PDF and the AI reads it and extracts the key details: the subscription period, the renewal date, whether the contract renews automatically, the termination notice period, and the cost — either a total for the period or a recurring fee such as 1,990 EUR per month. It also records whether the contract runs for a fixed term or continues on an ongoing basis until cancelled.

Extracted values go into a review form before anything is saved. Anything the document doesn't state is left blank and listed as a warning rather than guessed, and the notice period is kept in the unit the contract uses, along with the exact wording of the termination clause. You correct or complete the values, optionally assign an owner by name and email, and save the contract.

The dashboard then lists all contracts sorted by the next deadline that needs action, calculated from each contract's change deadline or its renewal date minus the notice period. Contracts within 30 days of a deadline are flagged, and ongoing contracts are shown with their notice period instead. No integrations are required — contracts and files stay in the workspace — and you can change how any of it works by asking the assistant.
