About SimpleRFP — AI-powered RFP responses
SimpleRFP is a focused Luo workspace for sales teams creating buyer response projects. Start with a project title and buyer organization, then add questions manually or upload an RFP source document for asynchronous extraction. Extracted prompts are saved only after the task completes, and each question keeps its section and source order when available.
The project detail page is a spreadsheet-like response matrix: buyer questions, answer text, workspace-member reviewer, supporting Knowledge Base notes, and workflow status stay together. Drafting searches approved workspace knowledge before writing, records the paths or titles used, and flags unsupported material for reviewer follow-up instead of inventing claims. Generated answers remain in needs review until a person edits or marks them final.
When many eligible questions need work, one durable project-level batch generates missing answers with persisted queued, drafting, completed, and failed counts that survive reloads. After every answer is final, the project can be completed and Luo stores a downloadable PDF containing the buyer-facing questions, sections, and final answers while keeping internal review metadata and Knowledge Base notes out of the package.
