Every organization on Luo now has an AI region setting with two options. Standard lets AI requests be processed in any region. EU keeps them in Europe: choose it, and the AI requests that carry your organization’s content are processed in the EU.
Luo’s servers and database already run in Europe, so EU brings the AI along with them. It’s available on all paid plans, and it’s a single setting for your whole organization.
What’s different about it?
It’s the same Luo, just in the EU. Your organization keeps the same AI, the same features and the same apps, so there’s nothing to rebuild and nothing gets switched off.
Every workspace you own
EU covers the everyday AI work in your workspaces: chatting with Luo, Rooms, building and changing your apps, searching your knowledge base, and the AI steps inside your apps. One setting covers every workspace your organization owns, for everyone working in it.
A few features may still run outside the EU, such as image generation, judgment checks and web search. We list these in the setting too, so there are no surprises.
What does it cost?
Processing in the EU costs more to run, so each AI request counts 10% more toward your plan’s AI usage. You can switch back to Standard any time.
How do I get started?
If you’re an organization admin, open Settings → Organization → AI region and choose EU. Within a minute, every workspace in your organization runs its AI in the EU. Your team doesn’t need to do anything.
